Pawprint revolves around the idea of implicating a finger print system at the University of Arizona, in order to gain access to the dorms. This idea will directly impact the students living in the dorms, which is a large portion of the students on campus. The dorms currently use a system where one swipes their catcard and enters a code in order to gain access. While this is effective, using a finger print scanner will be more effective and efficient. Our project will revolve around making the access to the dorms easier as well as safer. With further research and development our idea will grow in order to give an effective proposal of our idea.
