The MIS Career Fair is a unique opportunity for you to meet potential employees with advanced degrees from a top-ranked MIS program (#2 Public graduate programs by U.S. News and World Report). Our students have highly developed transferable skills that are certain to bring increased value to your organization!
The fair is a great venue for companies to showcase employment and internship opportunities while promoting their business to over 150 MIS students and faculty members at the University of Arizona.
For students the fair offers the opportunity to make connections, search for full-time and internship positions and discover what companies have to offer.

Information for Companies
Set-Up: Representatives may arrive one hour before the event. If needed, assistance will be available for unloading materials. Recruiters are responsible for unpacking and setting up of their own displays/materials, as well as repacking and shipping after the fair.
Booth Size: Your space at the fair allows room for a floor display to be placed behind your 6' table.
Table & Layout: The 6' table includes a tablecloth with two chairs. Booth location will be pre-arranged by the MIS department and floor map will be released two weeks before the event.
Banners: These cannot be hung on the walls, so please bring appropriate supplies, such as heavy tape to hang your banner on the table.

Audio Displays: We prefer that you not bring audio displays due to the noise level of the fair and the comfort of neighboring companies.
Electrical Outlets: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide electrical outlets for your use at the fair. We encourage you to bring displays that do not require electricity or video hookup.
Wireless Internet Access: Wireless internet access is available. Please contact your IT department to make sure all firewalls and security software allow accessibility.
Copying and Duplication Services: There will be no onsite duplication or copying services at the event location. We suggest you bring at least 100 copies of your pre-printed material for distribution to students.
Parking: Parking fees are the responsibility of the company.
The campus offers limited (20 spaces) and low-rate parking for visitors from $2 per hour or $10 per day in Lot 10002. This lot is located on the northeast corner of 7th Street and Van Buren Street. There is a pay meter provided in this lot for visitors.
Visitor parking is also available in the PBC garage [555 E. Fillmore, Phoenix, AZ 85004], located at the southeast corner of 5th Street and Fillmore (entrances are on the south side of Fillmore and the east side of 5th Street). The rate is $3 per hour or $15 for the day.
