"Simpleview, a fast-growing technology firm specializing in management and website software and services for tourism marketers, celebrated its latest expansion in northwest Tucson on Wednesday.

The company, founded by University of Arizona graduates more than a decade ago, recently expanded its building across from Foothills Mall, at 7458 N. La Cholla Blvd., Suite 100.

The expansion, from about 11,500 to 18,000 square feet, accommodates the company's rapid growth to more than 100 employees, said Scott Wood (MIS '99), Simpleview's chief operating officer.

"We thought this would give us some breathing room," Wood said while adding that the new wing is already nearly full.

As it is, some of the company's employees occupy two other smaller buildings in the same center, which is also home to various medical and dental offices.

And that growth isn't slowing. The company has been growing revenues at an annual 35 percent clip and has a goal of $17.5 million in revenues this year, Wood said.

That steep growth curve helped land Simpleview on Inc. magazine's Inc 5000 - an annual list of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the nation - for the past five years.

Wood co-founded a predecessor company, 220 Solutions, in 2001 with two fellow UA grads, Simpleview CEO Ryan George (MIS '97) and Chief Technology Officer Bill Simpson. In 2005, Simpleview was born when that company merged with CVBTV, a tourism-focused marketing firm founded in 1991 by Rich Reasons, Simpleview's president."
