NOTE: International students who graduate from our Master's in MIS program are eligible to work in the U.S. for 29 months - without corporate sponsorship - after graduation. UA - Bookstore

The University of Arizona BookStores is a self-sustaining department within The University of Arizona’s Division of Student Affairs, meaning that UA BookStores' primary function revolves around the fulfillment of the academic needs of the students, faculty and staff at The University of Arizona without requiring any additional subsidies from state, tuition or student fees funds.

UA - Campus Recreation

The Rec Center is so much more than a place to work out. We now feature an OSCR Lab with 16 iMacs, free tutoring at Think Tank, tasty treats from Fuel Modern Eatery, the latest styles at Wildcat Threads, and Parking & Transportation's bike programs.

UA - Civil Engineering

The Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering was authorized by the Board of Regents and faculty in 1905, and the College of Engineering and Mines was created in 1914. The Civil Engineering building was completed in 1965, and in 2005 we celebrated our centennial with the "100 Years of Building Our Foundation" gala. In 2009 we joined with four other engineering departments to become the School of Sustainable Engineered Systems.

UA - College of Pharmacy

The College of Pharmacy was the first health science college at the University of Arizona, and now has more than 60 years of history. Today the college is one of the premier pharmacy schools in the nation.

UA - Department of Ophthalmology

The Department of Ophthalmology and Vision Science at The University of Arizona serves to provide education, research, and service throughout the Southwest. We educate medical students, residents, fellows and other professionals in the most advanced techniques available for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of eye disease. We Identify and investigate new methods to diagnose, treat, rehabilitate and prevent conditions that cause vision impairment and blindness. We provide clinical/surgical care consistent with the needs of the community, consultative services on patients referred by fellow professionals and eye care to patients who cannot afford or do not have access to these services.

UA - Eller College of Management

The Eller College of Management supports 5,500 undergraduate and 600 graduate students on The University of Arizona. The College is home to top-ranked entrepreneurship, MIS, MBA, doctoral, and undergraduate programs, and leads the nation’s business schools in generating grant funds for research.

UA - Mosiac Project

The Mosaic Project's main focus is to rebuild and revamp a new Enterprise Systems Replacement Project (ESRP), a campus-wide endeavor that will, over time, involve the replacement of most of the aged administrative computer systems on the University of Arizona campus. This project will revamp four key areas- Student Administration, Financials, Human Resources / Payroll, and Research Administration.  In addition, the project will implement a Business Intelligence solution to adapt to changing administrative systems and to greatly expand the availability of business information to managers and executives.  

UA - Mining Department - College of Engineering

The College of Engineering was founded when the University of Arizona opened its doors in 1885. Mining was the bedrock of Arizona’s economy at that time, and educating mining engineers was a top priority – indeed, it still is. As the state’s economy grew and diversified, the College of Engineering continued to play a pivotal role in providing the research and engineering expertise necessary for that growth.
