SPExpress - Part-Time Research Opportunity

SPExpress (a shipping and logistics company) is looking to hire a student to assist them with research on potential acquisitions.

About 10 or so hours per week (flexible hours and perhaps more hours if they can assist on LOI’s and documentation) of web research to identify other third party logistics (3PL) providers in other regions of country.  Also looking at acquisitions of other service providers as well that can expand range of capabilities.

Pay will be at an hourly rate.

The student will be working with the President and CEO of the company on the corporate development side of business.
