As a Technology Associate Intern, you will:

  • Work alongside our full time technology associates on real business problems ranging from lightning-fast trade processing systems, to automation of releases, to cutting-edge data visualization and manipulation tools in order to build Bridgewater's mission critical investment systems.
  • Partner with business users to catalyze innovation in our investment and business processes.
  • Join a community of technologists from across our company who share a passion for technology innovation.
  • Get technical mentorship from experienced technologists and participate technology training classes to provide skills you need to succeed in developing world class investment technology.

No financial services experience is required. What is required, however, is a genuine curiosity, a commitment to learning, and a passion for making technology have an impact on real business problems. This is a paid internship; compensation is very competitive within the finance industry. Outstanding interns are typically offered a full-time position upon graduation.
