On May 11, 2011 the MIS Department hosted a reception and awards ceremony for students (and their guests) who recently graduated.
Over 100 people attended the reception including 27 Undergraduate, five Master's and one Doctoral graduate.
We hope all of our graduates (whether they attended the departmental reception or not) keep this in mind "You are educated. Your certification is in your degree. You may think of it as the ticket to the good life. Let me ask you to think of an alternative. Think of it as your ticket to change the world." Tom Brokaw
A big “THANK YOU” to over 60 companies that have provided our students wonderful opportunities for new careers and/or internships. Find out where our students have been placed by clicking the "Read Story" button below.
Welcome Summer 2011 Master's Students
Over a year ago we announced that we had formed a partnership with City University of Hong Kong to offer a dual degree Master's program.
We are proud to report back that this program is now a reality. It is currently operating as a pilot program for this summer. Meet these students to find out more.
